	The Nebraska Counseling Association (NCA) is an organization of counseling and human development professionals who work in the areas of education, health care, institutional settings, private practices, community and governmental agencies, and industry and business.
	Formed in 1954 as the Nebraska Personnel and Guidance Association, NCA has been a force for change and a resource for Nebraskans for over 50 years. Though the name has changed, NCA has remained committed to enhancing human development by promoting and supporting the counseling profession.
